巴厘特有的美食有的烤乳猪(Babi Guling，以药草、香料、红椒等为佐料制成)、烤鸭（Bebek Betutu)、辛辣鸡(Ayam Pepes)、 辛辣鱼(Ikan Pepes)、炸鸡(Ayam Goreng)以及配有水果的椰子饭Bubur Injin等。巴厘饮料和水果丰富，椰子汁是街上最常见的饮料。
