我也不是说一定要在确认的e-mail里寻找相关的信息。本来网上订票就应该在预订的过程中搞清楚最后的取票方式。我一直很奇怪像穷游上为什么有那么多人（主要是订廉价航空机票的）总是在什么手续都完成后才想起打听“怎么取票”。

这是维也纳Staatsoper的Terms of Business里的说明，网上也找得到的：

Tickets can be collected from the start of the advance sales period either at the box office of the theatre-using the Pick-up code and upon presentation of the credit card used to make the payment-or, if requested, tickets will be mailed. Culturall assumes no responsibility for tickets lost in the mail or for problems caused when credit card authorization is not given.
